Population: Adults aged 18 or older with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic KRAS G12D-mutated NSCLC, measurable disease (RECIST 1.1), ECOG 0-1, progression following platinum-based chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Parts A/B allow 1-2 prior lines, while Part C allows 1-3 lines and requires untreated asymptomatic measurable brain metastases. Other actionable drivers and prior direct RAS inhibitor exposure are excluded.
