Population: Adults with ECOG performance status 0-1 and unresectable locally advanced or metastatic ER-positive/HER2-positive breast cancer that has progressed following prior HER2-targeted therapy, including mandatory prior trastuzumab deruxtecan for advanced disease or relapse within 12 months after (neo)adjuvant trastuzumab deruxtecan. Measurable or otherwise evaluable disease and adequate metastatic-setting tumor tissue for biomarker analysis are required.
