Population: Adults at least 18 years old with histologically confirmed metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma carrying the KRAS G12D driver mutation, RECIST 1.1 measurable disease and ECOG 0-1. Previously treated patients enter the VS-7375 monotherapy versus anti-EGFR combination cohorts A/B; treatment-naive patients enter the VS-7375/cetuximab/mFOLFOX6 triplet safety cohort C.
