Population: Men and women over 18 with stage IV HER2-positive breast cancer controlled for at least 36 months on first-line trastuzumab alone or trastuzumab/pertuzumab, without clinical or radiologic progression, ECOG performance status below 2, and with ctDNA minimal-residual-disease status used to select treatment interruption versus continuation.
