Population: Adult men with synchronous metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate adenocarcinoma, PSMA-positive disease, and bone, nodal, and/or visceral metastases. Participants must have started androgen-deprivation therapy plus darolutamide within 12 weeks before randomisation, have ECOG performance status 0–2, and no prior systemic anticancer therapy for prostate cancer other than permitted standard of care.
