Population: Adults at least 18 years old with untreated, unresectable stage IIIB-C or metastatic stage IV NSCLC harboring a targetable driver alteration (EGFR, ALK, RET, BRAF V600E, MET exon 14 skipping or KRAS G12C) assigned to molecular cohorts and randomized among first- and second-line targeted therapy, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and biomarker-guided postprogression sequencing approaches.
