Population: Adults with treatment-naïve metastatic NSCLC lacking a targetable genomic alteration eligible for first-line targeted therapy, ECOG 0-2, and 1-10 untreated asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic brain metastases amenable to stereotactic radiosurgery/fractionated stereotactic radiation, requiring no more than 4 mg/day dexamethasone equivalents.
