Population: Adult men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that developed during androgen-deprivation therapy and androgen-receptor pathway inhibitor treatment, without docetaxel during the mCRPC phase. Participants require PSMA-positive lymph-node and/or bone metastases, suitable lesions for tumor dosimetry, ECOG performance status 0–1, adequate organ function, and an expected survival of more than 12 months.
