Population: Adults with measurable relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior anti-myeloma regimen, progressed during or after their last regimen, and are lenalidomide-refractory or intolerant. Participants require ECOG performance status 0–2; prior mezigdomide or BCMA-directed bispecific therapy is excluded.
