Population: Adults with previously untreated, primary stage II-IIIA invasive HER2-positive breast cancer, with homogeneous HER2 IHC 3+ expression and confirmatory HER2 amplification, eligible for neoadjuvant treatment. Participants require WHO performance status 0-1 and adequate cardiac, hepatic, renal and bone marrow function.
