Population: Adults with treatment-naive, histologically confirmed UICC 9th edition stage IV squamous or non-squamous NSCLC, PD-L1 expression of at least 50%, and high tumor burden defined by a primary tumor or metastasis measuring at least 50 mm. Participants must have measurable disease, be eligible for first-line platinum chemoimmunotherapy, and have no actionable genomic alteration qualifying for targeted first-line therapy.
