Disease: Stage IV non-small cell lung cancer, Lung adenocarcinoma, Lung squamous cell carcinoma

Population: Adult female participants with measurable stage IV non-small cell lung cancer, either adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma, PD-L1 tumor proportion score of at least 50%, ECOG performance status 0–2, and no actionable EGFR, ALK, ROS1, RET, NTRK1-3, MET exon 14 skipping, NRG1 fusion, or HER2 alteration. Participants must be previously untreated with systemic therapy for advanced disease and have received no prior PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy.
