Population: Adults with HER2-overexpressing advanced inoperable or metastatic solid tumors, including rare tumors, non-small cell lung cancer, urothelial carcinoma, and selected frequent tumors without an applicable trastuzumab deruxtecan approval. Participants must have progressed after at least one standard-therapy line unless no standard option exists, have ECOG performance status 0–1, evaluable disease, and accessible tumor tissue for biopsy.
