Population: Adults with measurable, recurrent high-grade serous or high-grade endometrioid ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, ECOG performance status 0–1, and locally tested HER2 IHC 1+, 2+, or 3+ expression. Participants must have progressed during first- or second-line PARP-inhibitor maintenance after at least 6 months of clinical benefit; the study is conducted as second- or third-line therapy.
