Population: Adults with ECOG performance status 0–1 and measurable, locally advanced unresectable or metastatic papillary renal cell carcinoma or variant histology urothelial carcinoma. Participants must have progressed after standard treatment or lack viable standard options; the papillary renal cell carcinoma cohort requires prior PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor and/or tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy, while selected aggressive urothelial variants without standard options may be enrolled first-line.
