Population: Adult female patients in the OASIS prospective cohort with locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive or HER2-low breast cancer, eligible for standard-of-care trastuzumab deruxtecan and with at least two measurable, metabolically assessable target lesions. Participants must be trastuzumab deruxtecan-naive.
