Population: Adults with histologically confirmed advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma, including endometrioid, serous, clear-cell, carcinosarcoma, and mixed epithelial histologies. Participants require measurable disease, ECOG performance status 0–1, a B7-H4 expression result before randomization, and prior platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy after 1–3 prior systemic treatment lines.
