Population: Adults with measurable platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian-tube, or primary peritoneal carcinoma, with high-grade serous, high-grade endometrioid, clear cell, or carcinosarcoma histology. Participants must have received 1 to 4 prior systemic anticancer lines, have ECOG performance status 0 or 1, provide tumor tissue for B7-H4 assessment, and be eligible for at least one physician-selected standard-of-care regimen.
