Population: Women aged 18 to under 45 years with newly diagnosed grade 1 or 2 endometrioid endometrial carcinoma, 2009 FIGO stage IA/2023 FIGO stage IA1, without myometrial or cervical invasion or lymphovascular space invasion, and with dMMR or MSI-H tumors, who wish to preserve fertility.
