Disease: Early-stage invasive breast cancer, Triple-negative breast cancer, HER2-positive breast cancer, Hormone receptor-positive HER2-negative breast cancer

Population: Adults with ECOG performance status 0-1 and histologically confirmed stage I-IIIA invasive breast cancer, including triple-negative, HER2-positive, or hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative disease. TNBC and HER2-positive participants receive response-adapted neoadjuvant therapy; the HR-positive/HER2-negative cohort receives perioperative endocrine therapy and risk-adapted adjuvant treatment guided by OncotypeDX, Ki67 response, and pathological risk.
