Population: Adults with previously untreated, measurable newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are ineligible for high-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem-cell transplantation as initial therapy. Participants require ECOG performance status 0-2 and exclude frail patients by IMWG Myeloma Frailty Score, except those classified as frail by age alone.
