Population: Adults with CD22-positive high-risk B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia in first complete remission who have undergone allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation, have stable engraftment, and are treated according to the PETHEMA ALL-2025 protocol.
