A phase II randomised trial investigating the benefit of adjuvant immunotherapy after neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy for resectable NSCLC (ADIL)

Population: Adults with operable, R0-resectable stage II–III NSCLC at high risk of relapse, ECOG performance status 0–1, and no targetable EGFR or ALK alteration. Participants receive neoadjuvant platinum-doublet chemotherapy plus durvalumab and surgery; those without pathological complete response are eligible for postoperative randomisation, with the primary analysis focused on residual viable tumour (RVT) of 1–60%.
