Population: Adults with histologically or cytologically confirmed extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has relapsed or progressed after one platinum-based first-line regimen, with or without anti-PD-(L)1 therapy, and measurable disease per RECIST 1.1. Participants require ECOG performance status 0–1 and adequate organ function; eligible stable or asymptomatic brain metastases are permitted.
