Population: Adults with previously untreated, locally advanced or metastatic stage IV or recurrent unresectable squamous or non-squamous NSCLC, ECOG performance status 0–1, and measurable extracranial disease. Participants require PD-L1-expressing tumors and must not have actionable genomic alterations with an approved first-line targeted therapy.
