Population: Adults with histologically confirmed, measurable metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma progressing during or after at least two prior systemic treatment lines, including anti-VEGFR therapy and immunotherapy. Participants must have PSMA-positive tumor lesions on 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT, ECOG performance status 0–1, and adequate organ function.
