Population: Adults with preoperatively diagnosed ENSAT stage II or III adrenocortical carcinoma, ECOG performance status 0–1, and an indication for upfront regional adrenalectomy. Prior ACC treatment is not permitted except mitotane used to control cortisol hypersecretion.
