Population: Adults with histologically and immunohistochemically confirmed pulmonary large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma that is locally advanced or metastatic without curative treatment options. Participants have measurable disease, ECOG performance status 0–1, and are systemic-treatment naive for advanced disease apart from one cycle of platinum/etoposide chemotherapy with or without an immune-checkpoint inhibitor.
