Population: Adults with completely resected clinical stage II–IIIB KRAS G12C-positive NSCLC, irrespective of PD-L1 status, who have residual viable tumor without pathologic complete response after neoadjuvant pembrolizumab or nivolumab plus platinum-based chemotherapy. Participants must have no recurrent or metastatic disease and an ECOG performance status of 0–1.
