Population: Adults aged 70 years or older with newly diagnosed, measurable CD20-positive DLBCL-spectrum disease who are frail or unfit for full-dose R-CHOP, including all patients aged 80 years or older. Eligible patients have bulky stage I(E) or stage II-IV disease and no prior systemic anti-lymphoma treatment for DLBCL, apart from permitted pre-phase therapy.
