Population: Adults with CD20-positive, PET-confirmed progressive metabolic relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma after second-line CAR T-cell therapy. Eligible participants have received two systemic treatment lines, have measurable FDG-avid disease, ECOG performance status 0–2, and no prior epcoritamab or other CD3×CD20 bispecific antibody.
